- The leader likes to focus on flaws of his staff rather than their strengths - Siding employees who likes to bootlick rather than supporting those who really works hard - Unable to retain talents, replacing them with unproven foreigners who turn out to be really bad - A company which doesn't pay well, well below the market rate - Expect staff to work past 8pm, those who don't are considered not working hard enough - The CEO has serious issues about human relationship, they way he treated his staff had caused him the entire Hong Kong office to turn against him and close down - Hires the wrong people - Re-hiring ex-staff with low integrity and make him/her as managers - No work life balance
